Prior to founding his company, Brian Tracy International, Brian was the Chief Operating Officer of a $265 million dollar development company. He has had successful careers in sales and marketing, investments, real estate development and syndication, importation, distribution and management consulting. He has conducted high level consulting assignments with several billion-dollar plus corporations in strategic planning and organizational development.
He has traveled and worked in over 80 countries on six continents, and speaks four languages. Brian is happily married and has four children. He is active in community and national affairs, and is the President of three companies headquartered in Solana Beach, California.
The owner of InPost parcel lockers – the world’s largest network of automatic terminals to dispatch and send consignments and the largest private post – InPost. For several years, brave strategy combined with an innovative approach to business has considerably influenced on improving the quality of postal and courier industry services – both national and international.
He successfully develops a group providing postal services under the InPost brand, dealing with the distribution of advertising materials and financial and insurance services under the InPost Finance brand. Managed by Rafał Brzoska, the group initiates and implements innovative business projects, thereby promoting innovative solutions “made in Poland”.
Rafal Brzoska took advantage of the economic situation and market liberalization of postal consignments. He develops, among other things, an innovative network of self-service parcel lockers, also abroad Poland. He looks for funds in Silicon Valley to popularize them in the United States.
He has slightly more than 33 percent shares of Integer.pl company, listed on the Stock Exchange since 2007, through the A & R Investments Limited. From 1999 to 2001, he was co-owner, commercial director and manager of the Seniornet of the Internet industry.

András Avidor was born on 30th July 1980 in Budapest. He is the director of BNI Hungary and BNI Slovakia and also he is one of the most acknowledged networking experts in Hungary.
He returned to Hungary in 2007. He was 27 and he believed that the Hungarian entrepreneurs want and can help each other effectively, without premiums, following the philosophy of „Givers Gain®”. He believed that until then the right organization, which could train them and give them a place, an environment, a community, has been missing. He participated in several trainings in the Los Angeles and European headquarters of BNI and he gained the knowledge of e.g. business networking, sales, sales leading, coaching techniques, stress and crisis handling.
He started the realization of BNI Hungary in September 2008 on his own. During the first year, he was sharing his vision to close to 1000 entrepreneurs, until he finally could say that there were 50-100 persons, who were willing to and brave enough to give it a try. By 2010, BNI Hungary became the biggest and most successful active (in providing weekly meetings) organization. This time its activity generated billions of the order of revenues increase to those Hungarian members, who were willing to professionally and organically support each other. Thanks to the work of András Avidor, BNI Hungary had close to 800 members by the end of 2014. By this time more than 25 000 referrals were given, which generated more than 14 billion forints of extra revenues.
Thanks to his direct, energetic personality and practical, humorous manner of lecturing, he is a popular guest presenter at various events (e.g. Marketing Super Conference). He is also giving lectures in colleges and universities (e.g. Corvinus University of Budapest, International Business School, BKF University of Applied Sciences, Budapest) on co-operation and helping each other in a professional way.
He received many honors for saving people’s lives and for his business achievements. For example in 2014 out of the world’s 600 continually measured networking regions the Budapest region made it to the top 5.
His personal and business visions are to change the Hungarian business mindset (which is based on premiums and holding back each other) and to establish a more positive, more effective attitude, based on the „Givers Gain®” philosophy.
He began his business adventure founding his own event agency back at the university. At that time he ran several parallel business ventures, he organized more than 500 events throughout the country. He built his companies from 1 up to 150 employees within 5 years. As a shareholder of 10 companies in advertising industry, using experience he has gained so far Richard has created one of the fastest growing capital in marketing industry in Poland.
Richard is a graduate of Cracow University of Economics, specialization: entrepreneurship and innovations. He draws his knowledge from the largest Polish business tycoons including Rafal Brzoska and the world’s guru of sales and management, Brian Tracy. In spite of his young age, below the age of 30, he has already worked with major brands such as LOT, InPost, BMW, Colgate, Deutsche Bank, Hilton.
Being the youngest National Director of BNI in the world he is responsible for developing the world’s largest business network organization which associates more than 170,000 active members. Thanks to Richard the number of entrepreneurs guided by a positive “Givers gain” philosophy is constantly growing. In Poland alone, the organization brings together more than 1,000 entrepreneurs. His carrier path in BNI started at a point of a member of a chapter, then member of Leadership Team. His next position was the Assistant Director, Regional Director and finally ending up as the National Director. Currently he is on the lookout for the next challenging functions in the organization 🙂
Richard Chmura is also the founder and a shareholder of PromoHolding – the holding company consisting of 10 firms in advertising industry and printing. It employs over 150 people and operates for more than 500 brands.
